S.I. Capital & Financial Services Limited to allot 6.7 lakh warrants to Doha Brokerage

The Board of Directors of S.I. Capital & Financial Services Limited at its meeting held on Wednesday, March 31, 2021 has approved the allotment of 6,70,000 (Six Lakh Seventy Thousand Only) Convertible Warrants at an Issue Price of Rs. 12/- (Rupees Twelve Only) each (including premium of Rs. 2/-) to Doha Brokerage & Financial Services Limited ("the allottee") on preferential basis upon receipt of 25% of issue price from the allottee.

The above Warrants entitle the allottee to exercise an option to convert and get allotted one Equity Share of face value of Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten Only) each fully paid up against each Warrant within 18 months from the date of allotment on payment of the remaining 75% of the issue price.

Shares of S.I. Capital & Financial Services Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 22.90 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 22.90. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1900 and the deliverable quantity was 1900.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 23.50 and intraday low of Rs. 22.90.
