Mold-Tek Technologies Ltd board declares interim dividend of Rs. 0.60 for FY2020-21

The Board of Directors of Mold-Tek Technologies Ltd at its Meeting held on Monday, 8th March 2021 from 12:30 P.M. till 13:15 P.M., have declared an Interim Dividend for the financial year 2020-21, @30 % i.e, Rs. 0.60/- per equity share on face value of Rs. 2/- per share.

Record Date: The Record Date for the Purpose of Interim Dividend shall be 17th March, 2021.

The Interim Dividend declared shall be paid on or from 20th March 2021 to 7th April 2021.
