Waa Solar Ltd Board aprovies 1:1 Bonus Issue

The board of directors of Waa Solar Ltd at its meeting held today, has considered and approved the Bonus Issue of Equity Shares in the ratio of 1:1 i.e. issue of One Bonus Share for every One equity shares held by the equity shareholders of the Company, subject to the approval of the shareholders of the Company and any other applicable statutory and regulatory approvals, as may be required. The Bonus shares shall be allotted rank pari-passu in all respect and carry the same rights of the existing Equity Shares.

Shares of Waa Solar Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.72.1 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 68.7. The total number of shares traded during the day was 63200 in over 17 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 72.1 and intraday low of 72.1. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 4556720.
