Eicher Motors Ltd reports 19% YoY sales increase in February 2021

Eicher Motors Ltd has announced the sales figures for Eicher Trucks and Buses & Volvo Trucks for the month of February 2021. The company has sold 5457 vehicles during February 2021, as against 4586 in February 2020 registering a growth of 19% YoY.

The company has sold 5335 Eicher Trucks and Buses in February 2021, as compared to 4439 in February 2020, growth of 27.8% YoY. The domestic sales of Eicher Trucks and Buses stood at 4825 units in February 2021, 24.5% higher than 3875 units in February 2020. The exports of Eicher Trucks and Buses decreased 9.6% YoY to 510 units in February 2021, as compared to 564 units in February 2020.

The company has sold 122 Volvo Trucks during February 2021, a drop of 17% YoY as against 147 units in February 2020.

Shares of EICHER MOTORS LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.2557.95 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 2497.5. The total number of shares traded during the day was 74528 in over 3884 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 2568.35 and intraday low of 2496.3. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 190078963.
