Affle (India) Limited board to consider QIP, fund raising on Feb 27, 2021

A meeting of Board of Directors of Affle (India) Limited is scheduled to be held on Saturday, February 27, 2021, to consider the proposal of raising of funds by way of further issue of securities (including convertible or non-convertible) through preferential issue and/or Qualified Institutions Placement (QIP) or any equivalent capital raising method permitted by applicable laws or any combination thereof and subject to approval of the shareholders.

The Trading Window would remain closed for all Designated persons and their immediate relatives from February 25, 2021 upto 48 hours post conclusion of Board Meeting.
