Talbros Automotive Components Limited announces sale of land and building in Chennai

Talbros Automotive Components Limited has sold its Land & building admeasuring ~1.67 acres situated at Plot No. 22-B, (NP), Ambattur Industrial Estate, Chennai, in the state of Tamil Nadu.

The manufacturing operations at the above land was discontinued sometime ago. Accordingly, this will have no impact on the operations of the company.

The proceeds of the sale amounted to Rs. 2lcr on gross basis. The net proceeds after deduction of statutory liabilities would be utilized towards reducing debt and strengthening the balance sheet of the company.

Shares of TALBROS AUTOMOTIVE COMPONENTS LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.246.8 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 240.35. The total number of shares traded during the day was 28162 in over 1473 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 247.8 and intraday low of 230. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 6699985.
