RACL Geartech Ltd Board approves interim dividend of Rs. 1

The Board of Directors of RACL Geartech Ltd, in its meeting held on Saturday, 13th February, 2021, which commenced at 03:30 P.M. and concluded at 07:00 P.M., considered and approved the interim dividend on the equity shares of the Company @ 10%, i.e. Re. 1.00 per share of face value of Rs. 10.00 each.

The company has fixed record date for the Interim Dividend as 25th February, 2020.

Shares of RACL Geartech Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.233 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 232.35. The total number of shares traded during the day was 23171 in over 272 trades.
