Sandhar Technologies Ltd Board approves interim dividend of Rs. 1.25 for FY21

The Board of Directors of Sandhar Technologies Ltd has declared an interim dividend of Rs. 1.25/- (12.5%) per equity share of face value of 10/- each for the financial year 2020-2021. Accordingly, the Board has fixed 25th February, 2021 as record date for determining entitlement of members for the purpose of payment of interim dividend.
