Sandesh Ltd Board approves interim dividend of Rs. 5 for FY21

The Board of Directors of Sandesh Ltd have declared an interim dividend @ 50% i.e. Rs. 5/- per Equity Share of Face Value of Rs. 10/- each of the Company for the Financial Year 2020-21 and that the same shall be paid to the equity shareholders of the Company, whose names appear in the records of the Depositories as beneficial owners of the shares held in electronic form and in the Register of Members of the Company as on Friday, February 19, 2021 (close of business hours), which is the Record Date fixed for the purpose.

Shares of SANDESH LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.684 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 689.65. The total number of shares traded during the day was 2823 in over 317 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 714 and intraday low of 683.25. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 1955094.
