Garden Reach Shipbuilders & Engineers Limited declares interim dividend of Rs. 3.85 for FY21

The Board of Directors of Garden Reach Shipbuilders & Engineers Limited at their Meeting held on Tuesday, 9 Feb 2021 has declared an Interim Dividend for the Financial Year 2020-21 @ Rs. 3.85/- per equity share of face value of Rs. 10/- each, amounting to Rs. 44.10 crore out of profits of the Company for the nine months period ended 31st December, 2020.

The Board of Directors has fixed Thursday, 18 February, 2021 as the Record Date for determining the shareholders entitled to receive the interim dividend.

Shares of Garden Reach Shipbuilders & Engineers Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.194.85 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 203.2. The total number of shares traded during the day was 89906 in over 1938 trades.
