Minda Corporation Ltd Board declares Interim Dividend of Rs. 0.30 for FY21

The Board of Directors of Minda Corporation Ltd at its meeting held on February 03, 2021, have considered and approved the declaration of Interim dividend @ 15 % i.e. Rs. 0.30/- per equity share on 239,079,428 equity shares of Rs. 2/- (Rupees Two) each.

The dividend shall be paid/ dispatched on or before March 04, 2021.
