Steel Exchange India Limited allots 44,04,059 Equity Shares

The Board of Directors of Steel Exchange India Limited, vide its circular Resolution dated 1st February, 2021 has approved allotment of 44,04,059 Equity Shares of Rs.10/- each on a preferential basis, for cash at a price of Rs.39/- per Equity Share (including a premium of Rs.29/- per Equity Share) on Preferential basis.

Consequent to the said allotment the issued, subscribed and paid-up capital of the Company stands at 803888710 comprising of 80388871 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each.

Shares of STEEL EXCHANGE INDIA LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.51 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 48.1. The total number of shares traded during the day was 39934 in over 188 trades.
