Orient Electric Ltd board approves interim dividend of Rs. 0.75 for FY21

The Board of Directors of Orient Electric Ltd at their meeting held today, i.e. January 29, 2021, have considered and approved the payment of Interim Dividend of Rs. 0.75/- (75%) per equity share of face value of Rs. 1 each for the financial year 2020-21 and have fixed Wednesday, February 10, 2021 as the 'Record Date' for determining the shareholders who will be entitled to the said Dividend. The Interim Dividend will be paid to the entitled shareholders within 30 days from the date of declaration.

Shares of Orient Electric Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.252.8 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 245.75. The total number of shares traded during the day was 29197 in over 873 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 258 and intraday low of 246.15. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 7364191.
