Sun Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd Board approves interim dividend of Rs. 5.50

The Board of Directors of Sun Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd at its meeting held today i.e. January 29, 2021 has declared interim dividend of Rs. 5.50/- (Rupees Five and paise fifty only) per equity share of Re. l/- each of the Company for the financial year ending on March 31, 2021.

The Board of Directors of the Company has fixed Wednesday, February 10, 2021 as the Record Date to determine the names of the equity shareholders, who shall be entitled to receive payment towards Interim Dividend of the Company for the financial year 2020-21 declared today. The payment of the interim dividend would be made to the eligible shareholders on or before February 19, 2021.

Shares of SUN PHARMACEUTICAL INDUSTRIES LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.586.45 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 564.4. The total number of shares traded during the day was 944430 in over 25167 trades.
