Dilip Buildcon Ltd - AHC JV signs EPC agreement with NHAI for road project in Rajasthan

Dilip Buildcon Limited - M/s 'ALTIS-HOLDING' CORPORATION (DBL AHC JV) has executed an EPC Agreement on January 27, 2021 with the National Highways Authority of India for an EPC project in the State of Rajasthan.

The agreement is for a new EPC project 'Construction Of Eight Lane Access Controlled Expressway Starting Near Junction With NH-12 Near Village Ummedpura To Major Bridge Over Takli River Near Nayagaon Jageer Village (Ch. 419.000 - 427.300) Section Of Delhi - Vadodara Green Field Alignment (NH-148N) Under Bharatmala Pariyojana In The State Of Rajasthan On EPC Mode (Pkg - 15).'

The bid project cost is Rs. 1000.08 crore and the completion period is 30 months.

Shares of Dilip Buildcon Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.423.5 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 411.85. The total number of shares traded during the day was 4142 in over 296 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 426.7 and intraday low of 406.4. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 1723419.
