National General Industries Limited has sold its steel casting unit situated at SP-242, RIICO Industrial Area, Kaharani (Bhiwadi Extension), District Alwar, Rajasthan, together with all tangible assets, in relation to the said unit, on an "as is where is" basis, to Gayatri Construction Machinery ("GCM"), District Alwar, Bhiwadi.
