TAAL Enterprises Ltd Board approves interim dividend of Rs. 20 for FY21

The Board of Directors of TAAL Enterprises Ltd at its meeting held today i.e., January 15, 2021, has considered and approved the declaration of Interim Dividend of Rs. 20/- (200%) per Equity Share of Rs. 10/- each for the FY 2020-21.

The record date for the purpose of payment of the Interim Dividend has been fixed as January 23, 2021.

The Interim Dividend will be paid / dispatched to the shareholders on or before February 14, 2021.

Shares of TAAL Enterprises Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.342.55 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 327.5. The total number of shares traded during the day was 8558 in over 312 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 352.95 and intraday low of 331. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 2943984.
