Bharat Rasayan Ltd Board to consider Buy back of equity shares

A meeting of the Board of Directors of Bharat Rasayan Ltd will be held on Tuesday, the 12th day of January, 2021 at 2:30 P.M. amongst other matters, to consider the proposal of buyback of equity shares of 10/- each fully paid, of the Company.
