CARE Ratings Ltd (CARE) has reaffirmed its ratings on the following subsidiaries of JSW Energy Limited:

- JSW Power Trading Company Limited - reaffirmed at 'CARE A2+'

- Jaigad PowerTransco Limited - reaffirmed at 'CARE A+/Stable; CARE A1+'.
