Royal Enfield Motorcycles register 37% YoY increase in December 2020 sales

Eicher Motors Ltd has announced the sales figures of Royal Enfield motorcycles for the month of December 2020. The company has sold 68995 motorcycles during December 2020, as compared to 50416 units in December 2019, registering a growth of 37% YoY.

The company has sold 63580 units of models with engine capacity upto 350cc in December 2020 as against 47788 units in December 2019, up by 33% YoY.

The company has sold 5415 units of models with engine capacity exceeding 350cc during December 2020 as compared to 2628 units in December 2019, a growth of 106% YoY.

Exports stood at 3503 units in December 2020 as against 1927 units in December 2019, an increase of 82% YoY.

Shares of EICHER MOTORS LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.2551.75 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 2530.15. The total number of shares traded during the day was 21520 in over 1851 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 2553 and intraday low of 2518. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 54567474.
