Fitch revises outlook of Mother Sumi Systems Ltd's subsidiary

Fitch Ratings has revised the Outlook for Samvardhana Motherson Automotive Systems Group B.V. (SMRP B.V.), a material subsidiary of Motherson Sumi Systems Limited to Stable from Negative and has affirmed its Long Term Issuer Default Rating (IDR) at 'BB'. Fitch Ratings has also affirmed SMRP B.V.'s senior secured notes at 'BB+'.

Shares of MOTHERSON SUMI SYSTEMS LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.156.8 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 157.75. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1146728 in over 5940 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 159 and intraday low of 155.5. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 179542081.
