Ajmera Realty & Infra India Ltd clarifies on rumors of Land acquisition or transaction with BMC

Ajmera Realty & Infra India Ltd has clarified with reference to the rumours stating that Ajmera Builder has acquired Land at Dahisar and entered into transactions with BMC pertaining to it.

'Ajmera Realty & Infra India Limited' ('ARIIL') has clarified that they are not connected to this speculated deal / such named builder and have not entered into any transactions with BMC for the aforesaid Land Parcel nor purchased any land at Dahisar.

It is merely public speculations and rumor and none of our actions or communications has led to this. This "Ajmera Builder" has no connection with any of our group companies or is no way connected to ARIIL.

Shares of AJMERA REALTY & INFRA INDIA LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.94.7 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 93.65. The total number of shares traded during the day was 12345 in over 312 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 96.9 and intraday low of 92.9. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 1172714.
