Coal India Ltd board declares interim dividend of Rs. 7.50

The Board of Directors of Coal India Ltd in its meeting on Wednesday, the 11th Nov'2020 had approved payment of Interim Dividend for the financial year 2020-21 @ 7.50 per share of the face value of Rs 10/- as recommended by the Board of Directors of CIL in its meeting held on date.

The company has fixed Friday, the 20th Nov'20 as 'Record Date' for the purpose of payment of Interim Dividend on equity shares for the Financial year 2020-21.

The date of payment of 'Interim Dividend' is 'on and from 27th Nov, 2020'.

Shares of COAL INDIA LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.125.9 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 124.75. The total number of shares traded during the day was 514337 in over 4482 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 126.75 and intraday low of 123.5. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 64311109.
