Aurobindo Pharma Ltd completes acquisition of 100% ownership of Eugia Pharma Specialities

Aurobindo Pharma Ltd had earlier announced about entering into a share purchase agreement to acquire 100% equity share capital of MViyeS Pharma Ventures Private Limited (MViyeS).

The aforesaid acquisition has been completed on November 6, 2020.

Before acquisition, MViyeS was holding 32.18% shareholding in Eugia Pharma Specialities Limited, a joint venture company in which the Company is holding the balance 67.82%.

Now, both Eugia Pharma Specialities Limited and MViyeS Pharma Ventures Private Limited have become 100% subsidiaries of the Company.

Shares of AUROBINDO PHARMA LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.779.45 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 790.95. The total number of shares traded during the day was 45239 in over 1850 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 797.45 and intraday low of 777.65. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 35479819.
