Sundram Fasteners Ltd Board approves interim dividend of Rs. 1.30

The Board of Directors of Sundram Fasteners Ltd at its meeting held today (November 4, 2020) has approved payment of interim dividend @ Rs 1.30 per share of Re 1/- each for the financial year ending March 31, 2021.

The Board of Directors has decided to fix the Record Date as November 14, 2020 for the purpose of determination of shareholders eligible to receive the Interim Dividend for the financial year ending March 31, 2021.
