Pidilite Industries Ltd has completed the acquisition of 100% stake in Huntsman Advanced Materials Solutions Private Limited (HAMSPL), on 3rd November 2020.
As such, HAMSPL is now a subsidiary of the Company.
Shares of PIDILITE INDUSTRIES LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.1566.4 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1554.75. The total number of shares traded during the day was 40391 in over 2303 trades.
The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 1587.45 and intraday low of 1558.1. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 63350596.
