HCL Technologies Limited had earlier announced the acquisition of Cisco’s Self Optimizing Network ("SON") Technology. The aforesaid acquisition has been completed effective October 25, 2020.
Shares of HCL TECHNOLOGIES LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.848.15 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 852.25. The total number of shares traded during the day was 276972 in over 6635 trades.
