Eicher Motors Ltd reports 1% YoY increase in sales of Royal Enfield Motorcycles during Sep 2020

Eicher Motors Ltd has announced the sales figures of Royal Enfield motorcycles for the month of September 2020. The company has sold 60041 motorcycles during September 2020, as compared to 59500 units in September 2019, an increase of 1% YoY.

The company has sold 54144 units of models with engine capacity upto 350cc in September 2020 as against 52017 units in September 2019, up 4% YoY.

The company has sold 5897 units of models with engine capacity exceeding 350cc during September 2020 as compared to 7483 units in September 2019, a drop of 21% YoY.

Exports stood at 4131 units in September 2020 as against 4642 units in September 2019, a drop of 11% YoY.

Shares of EICHER MOTORS LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.2196.6 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 2200.85. The total number of shares traded during the day was 36814 in over 2619 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 2230 and intraday low of 2183.25. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 81234158.
