Menon Pistons Ltd board approves investment of upto Rs. 12 crores from internal accruals

The board to directors of Menon Pistons Ltd have considered and approved the investment of up to an amount of Rupees Twelve Crores out of the funds generated from Internal Accruals as far as possible and authorised the managing Director for the same under Section 179 of the Companies act, 2013.
