Dhunseri Tea & Industries Ltd enters into MoU for sale of Khetojan Tea Estate

Dhunseri Tea & Industries Limited had entered into an Memorandum of Understanding on 24th September, 2020 with M/s. Shyam Khetojan Tea Company, a partnership firm, for sale of 'KHETOJAN TEA ESTATE' as a going concern 'on as is where is basis', for a consideration of Rs. 6.60 crore.

Shares of Dhunseri Tea & Industries Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.251.9 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 244.4. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1394 in over 122 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 252.45 and intraday low of 240.05. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 346456.
