CreditAccess Grameen Ltd allots 1000 NCDs

The Stakeholders' Relationship Committee, today, has approved allotment of 1000 (One thousand) each having a face value of INR 10,00,000 (Indian Rupees Ten Lakh) aggregating up to INR 100,00,00,000 (Rupees Hundred Crores Only) on private placement ("Debentures" or "NCDs").

Shares of CreditAccess Grameen Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.703.9 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 686.4. The total number of shares traded during the day was 2869 in over 425 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 711 and intraday low of 686.7. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 2011986.
