Shankar Lal Rampal Dye-Chem Ltd Board to consider Bonus Issue of Equity Shares

A meeting of the Board of Directors of Shankar Lal Rampal Dye-Chem Ltd is scheduled to be held on September 21, 2020, considering the proposal to increase authorised share capital of the company and proposal for declaration of bonus issue of equity shares.

The board will also consider fixing date of Extra Ordinary General Meeting, approving the notice and authorizing Director / Company Secretary to issue such Notice.
