HSIL Ltd Board to consider Buyback of equity shares

A meeting of the Board of Directors of HSIL Ltd will be held on September 21, 2020, to consider, the proposal of buyback of the fully paid-up equity shares of the Company.

The trading window of the Company was closed for all Designated Persons (including Directors and designated employees as per Company's aforesaid Code) and their immediate relatives with effect from September 14, 2020 and the same shall remain closed till the completion of 48 hours after the conclusion of the aforesaid meeting.

Shares of HSIL LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.67.95 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 65.55. The total number of shares traded during the day was 28182 in over 400 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 71.35 and intraday low of 64.9. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 1921634.
