Thyrocare Technologies Ltd to appoint MD, CEO, CFO

The Board of Directors of Thyrocare Technologies Ltd, at their meeting held today authorized the Dr A. Velumani, Chairman, to identify and appoint a suitable candidate as a professional Chief Executive Officer for the Company.

The Board also authorised Dr. A. Velumani, Chairman to identify a competent candidate for the position of Managing Director, CFO, CIO, CAO, CMO and recommend to the board for approvals for terms and remuneration when a suitable candidate is identified for further approvals.

Shares of Thyrocare Technologies Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.766.7 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 751. The total number of shares traded during the day was 4671 in over 428 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 771.55 and intraday low of 752.4. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 3569745.
