SKF India Ltd to invest in Sunstrength Renewables Private Limited

SKF India Limited ('SKF' or 'the Company') has agreed to make an investment in M/s Sunstrength Renewables Private Limited ('the Investee Company') by subscribing to 24,78,000 fully paid up equity shares of Rs 10/- each equivalent to 26.74% of the total issued and paid-up share capital of the Investee Company tentatively by December 31, 2020.

Shares of SKF India Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.1657.95 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1659.4. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1627 in over 228 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 1670 and intraday low of 1631.7. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 2687492.
