REPCO Home Finance Ltd board to consider Q1 results, fund raising proposal on Sep 4, 2020

A meeting of the Board of Directors of REPCO Home Finance Ltd is scheduled on 04/09/2020, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2020, along with the limited review report issued by the Statutory Auditor.

The board will also consider the proposal for raising of funds by issue of Non-Convertible Debentures upto an amount of Rs.4000 crore, subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General meeting of the Company.
