Vaibhav Global Ltd board declares interim dividend of Rs. 5

The Board of Directors of Vaibhav Global Ltd at its meeting held on Thursday, 30th July, 2020 has considered and approved the interim Dividend of Rs. 5/- (Rupees Five) per Equity Share on the face value of Rs. 10/- per Equity share for the financial year 2020-21. The Record Date for determining the entitlement of the shareholders for the payment of aforesaid interim dividend shall be Monday, 24th August, 2020.
