Responsive Industries Ltd Board recommends Final Dividend of Rs. 0.07

The Board of Directors of Responsive Industries Ltd at its meeting held on July 17, 2020, has recommended a final dividend of Re. 0.07/- per equity share (i.e. 7%) of Re. 1/- each for the financial year ended March 31, 2020 subject to approval of shareholders in ensuing Annual General Meeting. Dividend, if approved by the shareholders will be paid after ensuing Annual General Meeting.
