The Capital Raising Committee ("CRC") of the Board of Directors of YES Bank, at its meeting held earlier today (i.e., July 14, 2020) has approved the following with respect to the Anchor Investor Portion which was open today, July 14, 2020 for subscription to 3,415,384,614 Equity Shares.
The committee approved allocation of 3,415,384,614 Equity Shares to the anchor investors representing allocation of the maximum permissible equity shares to anchor investors and the anchor investor allocation price as Rs. 12.00 per Equity Share, which may be subject to change upon determination of the Offer Price.
