Gujarat Narmada Valley Fertilizers and Chemicals Ltd Board recommends Dividend of Rs. 5 for FY20

The Board of Directors of Gujarat Narmada Valley Fertilizers and Chemicals Ltd at its meeting held on July 10, 2020, has recommended a Dividend of Rs. 5/- per equity share of Rs.10/- each (@ 50%) for the Financial year ended March 31, 2020, subject to the approval of Shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting. Upon approval by the Shareholders, the dividend declared will be paid within 30 days of declaration and the date of payment of dividend will be intimated in due course.
