Ircon International Limited board recommends final dividend of Rs. 2.06

The Board of Directors of Ircon International Limited at their meeting held today i.e. Friday, 10th July, 2020, has considered and recommended a final dividend of Rs.2.06/- per share of face value of Rs.2/- each (103% of the paid-up equity share capital) for the financial year 2019-20, subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company. The final dividend would be paid within 30 days from the date of its declaration at the AGM.

Shares of IRCON International Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.94.95 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 95.75. The total number of shares traded during the day was 79233 in over 1708 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 97.65 and intraday low of 94.5. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 7562998.
