YES Bank files RHP for FPO

YES Bank has filed a red herring prospectus dated July 7, 2020 ("RHP"), in connection with the further public offering (FPO) of equity shares of face value of Rs. 2 each, with the Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra at Mumbai.

The details of the Offer are as follows:

- Offer size: Up to Rs. 150,000 million, by way of a fresh issue of Equity Shares, including an employee reservation portion of up to Rs. 2,000 million
- Offer Opening Date: July 15, 2020
- Offer Closing Date: July 17, 2020; and
- Anchor Investor Bidding Date: July 14, 2020

Shares of YES BANK LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.26.1 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 25.75. The total number of shares traded during the day was 2549002 in over 7594 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 27.1 and intraday low of 24.3. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 66498207.
