PI Industries Ltd closes QIP, fixes price as Rs. 1470

The QIP Committee of PI Industries Ltd at its meeting held today, i. e., July 08, 2020 has, approved the closure of the issue period for the Issue today, i.e. July 08, 2020.

The committee determined and approved the issue price of Rs. 1,470 per Equity Share (including a premium of Rs. 1,469 per Equity Share), which is at a discount of 4.19% (i. e., Rs. 64.24 per Equity Share) to the floor price of Rs. 1,534.24 per Equity Share determined as per formula prescribed under Regulation 176(I) of the SEBI ICDR Regulations, for the Equity Shares to be allotted to the eligible qualified institutional buyers in the Issue.

Shares of PI Industries Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.1681.9 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1664.45. The total number of shares traded during the day was 9717 in over 1091 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 1728.9 and intraday low of 1652.6. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 16485490.
