GOCL Corporation Ltd Board recommends Final Dividend of Rs. 2 for FY2020

The Board of Directors of GOCL Corporation Ltd at its meeting held on June 30, 2020, has recommended Final Dividend of Rs. 2.00 per share (100%) for the financial year 2019-20. This is in addition to the Special Interim Dividend of Rs. 2.00 per share (100%) declared in September 2019 and already paid in October 20l9. The said final dividend shall be paid to the eligible shareholders within thirty (30) days from the date of approval of the Shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company.

Shares of GOCL Corporation Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.173.55 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 177.15. The total number of shares traded during the day was 791 in over 44 trades.
