Balmer Lawrie Investments Ltd board declares dividend of Rs. 37.5 for FY20

The Board of directors of Balmer Lawrie Investments Ltd at its Meeting dated 29th June, 2020, has recommended a Dividend of Rs. 37.50/- (Rupees thirty-seven paisa fifty) per Equity Share on 221,97,269 Equity Shares of the Company for the Financial Year ended 31st March, 2020.

The said dividend if declared by the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting shall be paid within 30 days from the date of such declaration.

Shares of BALMER LAWRIE INVESTMENTS LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.391 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 385. The total number of shares traded during the day was 8996 in over 267 trades.
