Fiem Industries Ltd board recommends final dividend of Rs. 3

The Board of Directors of Fiem Industries Ltd have recommended a Final Dividend at the rate of Rs. 3/- (three) per Equity Share (Nominal Value Rs. 10/- each, all fully paid-up) (in addition to the already declared and paid Interim Dividend of Rs. 10/- per share) for Financial Year 2019-20, subject to declaration by the shareholders of the Company in ensuing Annual General Meeting to be held on September 21,2020 at 10.00 am.
