RITES Limited board recommends final dividend of Rs. 6 for FY20

The Board of Directors of RITES Limited at their Meeting held on Tuesday, 30th June 2020, have approved and recommended final dividend at the rate of 60% of the paid up share capital (Rs. 6 per share) subject to the approval of shareholders in upcoming Annual General Meeting.

Shares of RITES Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.246.2 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 238.7. The total number of shares traded during the day was 103132 in over 3641 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 251.5 and intraday low of 241.85. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 25517498.
