Sandhar Technologies Ltd board recommends final dividend of Rs. 0.75

The Board of directors of Sandhar Technologies Ltd in its Meeting held on 27.06.2020 recommended a final dividend of Rs. 0.75/- per equity share for financial year ended the 31st March, 2020. The payment is subject to the approval of the Shareholders at the ensuing 28th Annual General Meeting of the Company. The Book closure/record date will be intimated in due course.
