Zuari Global Ltd board recommends dividend of Rs. 1 for FY20

The Board of Directors of Zuari Global Ltd at its meeting held today i.e. 25th June, 2020, has recommended a dividend of 10% i.e. Re. 1/- per share. The same will be paid, if declared at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.

Shares of ZUARI GLOBAL LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.56 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 55.15. The total number of shares traded during the day was 11962 in over 300 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 57.7 and intraday low of 52.25. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 658864.
