Unichem Laboratories Ltd board recommends dividend of Rs. 4 for FY20

The Board of Directors of Unichem Laboratories Ltd at its Meeting held today, i.e. Friday, June 19, 2020 has recommended Dividend of Rs.4/-(200%) per equity share of Rs. 2/- each, for the year ended March 31, 2020, subject to approval of shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
